OSCE causes car damage to Donetsk resident, flees the scene

    February 3 , 2018 - Fort Russ News -

A representative of the OSCE monitoring mission has caused damage to another vehicle in Donetsk, after which he fled the scene of the accident.

A phone call from a 69-year-old resident of the Kalininsky district of Donetsk to the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the DPR, reported that an unknown person had run into his vehicle in a parking lot and disappeared from the scene of the accident.

The video surveillance camera found that the damage was done by an observer of the OSCE monitoring mission.

"It's really unfair - I worked hard to buy this car and he just disappears" said the owner of the damaged car on video.

The driver who was driving the OSCE vehicle that day will be confirmed with the mission.
