By January 5th, the Election Fund for Vladimir Putin received more than 400 million rubles.

The Central Election Commission published information on the receipt and expenditure of election funds of 13 candidates. Thus, Putin’s electoral fund amounted to 400 million rubles, which is more than any other candidate.

The party “United Russia”, as well as Moscow, Krasnodar, Sverdlovsk and Tatarstan funds for regional cooperation and development were listed as donors to the Putin campaign.

The election of the Russian president will be held on March 18. 67 applicants declared their desire to participate. They are representatives of 21 parties and 46 self-nominees. Putin goes to the polls as  self-nominated.
