Petro Poroshenko has signed the law “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine, Regarding Temporary Permissions for Broadcasting in the Zone of Anti-Terrorist Operation and Border Areas of Ukraine.”
This is reported by the press service of Petro Poroshenko.
The document provides for the introduction of a mechanism for broadcasting in territories “most vulnerable to external negative information impact.”
The implementation of this law should introduce the procedure for extensive broadcasting in territories “bordering with the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine – the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, separate regions of Donetsk and Lugansk.”
