In the first sailing of the newest USS Little Rock combat ship, the vessel has got stuck in ice off the coast of a Montreal port. The ship made a stop there on the way from Buffalo to Florida.
According to American admirals, the ship’s crew will wait for warmer weather. It is worth noting that Canada is currently going through historic lows of cold weather.
USS Little Rock is designed to operate in coastal waters to combat slow-moving submarines, high-speed surface ships and mine clearance.
