Kiev. Throughout Ukraine, Pravy Sektor conducts torchlight parades today; OUN March becomes official hymn for the Ukrainian Army
Monday, January 1, marches will take place in honor of Bandera’s birthday in 10 cities of Ukraine. This is reported on Pravy Sektor’s Facebook page. [Pravy Sektor is banned in Russia.]
“On January 1, 2018, solemn torch marches Ukrainians will pass through the streets of Ukrainian cities to pay tribute to Stepan Bandera,” the report said.
The marches of nationalists will be held in Kiev, Lviv, Sumy, Kharkov, Ternopil, Dnepropetrovsk, Rivne, Kherson, Krivoy Rog and Melitopol.
Recall that in October, Ukrainian Nazi organizations held a march in the center of Kiev, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the banned in Russia OUN, Ukrainian Insurgent Army*.
We add that in early December, Ukrainian performers led by the Nazi Skripka, leader of [the rock band] Vopli Vidopliassova presented a video for the song “The March of the New Army”, based on the hymn “Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists” (OUN – banned in the Russian Federation).
The song will become the official march of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by People’s Deputy of Ukraine Vadim Denisenko.
