The leader of the Ukrainian nationalist organization “Brotherhood” Dmitry Korchinsky admitted that the well-being of the Crimean population improved after joining Russia in 2014.
“Today we can state that state employees and military pensioners live better than they did in Ukraine.” – declared Korchinsky live on air.
He noted that many Ukrainians continue to holiday and do business in the Crimea.
“Many of our officials have businesses in the Crimea and continue they this business. Many Ukrainian schoolkids go to summer camps in Crimea, supporting the economy of the occupied territories. None of these people are persecuted. It is necessary to work on this!” – believes Korchinsky.
At the same time, Ukraine needs to make an effort to make the situation on the peninsula worse. This, according to Korchinsky, should be a lesson for the “separatists.”
