ALEPPO, Syria – Jihadists of the Al-Qaeda linked Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and Harakat Nouriddeen al-Zinki have begun slaughtering each other in the western countryside of Aleppo province.
The battle between the jihadist groups who were former allies began when HTS attacked al-Zinki positions near the town of Kafr Naha.
There are no reports yet on how many jihadists have died, but it is expected to be in the dozens as this is the third time in a matter of days that the HTS have struck al-Zinki positions.
Inter-jihadist battles have been a consistent theme since terrorist groups overran Idlib and western Aleppo provinces.
