The deputy of the far right party “Alternative for Germany”, which has seats in the Bundestag for the first time, has said that because of anti-Russian sanctions the country lost 42, 000 jobs, citing employment data.
Anti-Russian sanctions are harmful to the economy of the state, and accordingly to the welfare of the country’s citizens, the party stated. Enterprises are forced to cut jobs, which inevitably leads to unemployment. In this regard, the party plans to make a proposal to lift restrictions, since Germany has always maintained such a direction in foreign policy.
In the parliamentary elections the bloc took 94 out of 709 mandates, gaining 12.6% of the vote. Other parliamentarians often refuse close cooperation because of accusations of ultra-right radicalism.
