The head of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, non-faction MP Anna Hopko suggested that the “Normandy four” should hold talks in Donetsk.

In her opinion, an extended meeting, a new format or change of place of negotiation “will help move the situation forward”.

“It has become clear that we need to change the format and venue for the next talks”,

— Hopko wrote on her blog.

She also believes that U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry should be invited to visit Donetsk.
