The MP from the Poroshenko Bloc, Sergei Levchenko, said that Ukraine “exists at the expense of the International Monetary Fund”

He stated on the program “Shuster LIVE”:

“Ukraine is funded by the IMF for two years, and the IMF has the right to demand that Shokin, who is not able to overcome corruption, must leave the Prosecutor’s office”, — said the MP.

According to the website of UNN, payments by the government and the National Bank in favor of the International monetary Fund in December 2015 amounted to  $173 500 000. As was previously reported, the Ukrainian government has repeatedly demonstrated its loyalty to its creditor — the IMF. Further impoverishment of the population by the self-caring Ukrainian government is worth much less than the instructions of the lender. For example, the Ukrainian state budget for 2016 is favourable solely for the International Monetary Fund, and not the population of the country: on the instruction of the IMF, most social programs must cease to operate.
