The company “Ukroboronprom” negotiated the delivery of anti-aircraft missile systems S-125-2D “Pechora-2D” with a country which is allegedly a “sponsor of ISIS”.

Hacker Group “CyberBerkut” has published on its website materials that indicate that the company “Ukroboronprom” negotiated the delivery of S-125-2D “Pechora-2D” anti-aircraft missile systems, with a country which is allegedly sponsoring ISIS.

As noted in the message of the hackers, the negotiations on the supply of Ukrainian air defense system coincided with the deployment of Russian aircraft to Syria to attack the positions of ISIS.

Next, “CyberBerkut” published a letter dated September 21, which was at the disposal of hackers. In it, the director of “Spetstechnoexport” (part of “Ukroboronprom”), Paul Barbul, states that the company is interested in the supply of military equipment to a country, which, according to some, may be a “title sponsor” of the Islamic State. “

As a result, representatives of the buyer even visited the international exhibition “Arms and Security 2015”, which was held in Kiev from 22 to 27 September. This is evidenced by another letter, published by hackers.,

“CyberBerkut” also leaked an e-mail from an Adviser to the Trade and Economic Affairs in Ukraine’s embassy in Qatar, Vladimir Kurucz, dated 30 September, addressed to the Vice-President of the Polish arms company Level 11, Basil Babitsky, requesting to assist in the delivery of “Pechora”.
