Kiev. Mikheil Saakashvili, former president of Georgia and ex-governor of the Odessa Region, in his New Year's address to his comrades-in-arms, said that in 2018 Poroshenko's corrupt regime will win, and called for a military solution to the conflict between the Donbass and Ukraine.

"Any arrangement with the enemy about peace is an illusion. That is, peace will come only when we create a strong army and force the enemy to liberate our land," he said.

Earlier it was reported that Saakashvili greeted the New Year in a tent camp under the walls of the Verkhovna Rada.

Recall, the Ukrainian examination confirmed the authenticity of the voices on the records of telephone conversations between the former governor of the Odessa region Saakashvili and the businessman Sergei Kurchenko.

In Ukraine, Kurchenko is suspected of financing the protest actions by Saakashvili. On December 6, Savchenko, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, said that the conversation between Saakashvili and businessman Kurchenko, promulgated by the Prosecutor General's Office, could have been staged.

Businessman Sergei Kurchenko later denied any acquaintance with the ex-president of Georgia and former governor of the Odessa Region and said that the alcoholescent couple Poroshenko-Lutsenko have exhausted the whole of Ukraine.
