    More than a hundred flights in Moscow are cancelled as heavy snowfall continues

    MOSCOW, Russia - Over a hundred flights have been cancelled, with a further 48 delayed at Sheremetyevo International Airport on Monday because of heavy snowfall in Moscow.

    Passengers face delays or cancellations of both international and domestic flights. Russian Aeroflot flagship carrier, Dutch KLM, Italian Alitalia, Air France and U.S. Delta have canceled their flights among other carriers, TASS reported.

    A total of 118 flights have been cancelled thus far.
