RETRACTION: Israel did not attack Syrian Army positions as reported yesterday

November 17, 2017 - Fort Russ News - Paul Antonopoulos

DAMASCUS, Syria - On Wednesday Fort Russ News reported on an apparent Israeli airstrike against Syrian Army positions to the southwest of Damascus that at the time could not be verified.

Then yesterday following the reports by the Syrian Arab Army’s 42nd Brigade of the 4th Mechanized Division, Fort Russ News reported that the Israeli military on their forces in the Golan Heights has been confirmed.

This has however been proven to be incorrect with the Syrian Army Command denying the allegations made by the 42nd Brigade of the 4th Mechanized Division.

Fort Russ News would like to apologize for the publication that was not correct but ensures that we work closely with our mostly highly reliable sources to provide breaking and accurate news.
