November 21, 2017 - Fort Russ News - Paul Antonopoulos

YEREVAN, Armenia - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov gave a joint press conference with his Armenian counterpart Eduard Nalbandyan in Yerevan on Tuesday in which he highlighted many states have Russophobia.

During the joint press conference he praised the mutual understanding between Russia and Armenia whilst claiming that others are "contaminated with the pathological Russophobia virus".

In particular, Lavrov referred to some member states of the European Union and NATO as being "unfortunately… contaminated with the pathological Russophobia virus".

The Russian diplomat also pointed out during the press conference that Yerevan is "among the key partners of Russia," adding that both Russia and Armenia "have almost coinciding positions on all the agendas of the international organizations".
