Syrian Army and its supporting forces once again engaged in fierce clashes with ISIS terrorists in Huweijet Saker area.

To support its ground units, the Syrian Air Force has carried out series of intense strikes, destroying ISIS positions, gatherings and fortifications in Huweijet Saker area and in several neighborhoods of Deir Ez Zour city and its countryside, particularly in the neighborhoods of Al Jbeileh, Al Aridi and Kanamat.

In addition, the Army has also targeted ISIS supply routes in the villages of Hatleh and Khasam, located 18km east of Deir Ezzor city.

Meanwhile, ISIS terrorists are said to becoming more and more desperate. One of their medical posts, particularly the one in Al Buheira in Deir Ez Zour, is currently overflowing with the terrorists who recently fled the battlefields.
