    Monument blown up in Lugank by Ukrainian saboteurs

    A monument to paratroopers has been blown up in the center of Lugansk. The Council of Ministers of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic called this incident a terrorist act. 

    The act is being regarded as sabotage committed in a public place in a socially dangerous way, otherwise - a terrorist act. A Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group is suspected. 

    Saboteurs wanted to frighten the residents of Lugansk, destabilize the situation in the republic, create a sense of insecurity. 

    A violent blast rumbled in the center of Lugansk on Monday evening, September 18. The monument to the dead paratroopers on Oboronnaya Street in Lugansk is damaged. Firefighters eliminated fire at the site of the explosion. Nobody has been injured.
