    Moscow and Beijing to open business incubators in four Russian cities

    Russian-Chinese student business incubators will open in Ulyanovsk, Yekaterinburg, Moscow and Ufa in the current year, said the chairman of the Council for Culture of the Russian-Chinese Committee of Friendship, Peace and Development, Fyodor Bondarchuk. 

    Within the framework of the official visit of President Hu with the Russian President Vladimir Putin, they met with representatives of non-governmental organizations, business and media communities of the two countries. 

    The first such business incubator was opened on June 30, 2016 in Khabarovsk, and the four will follow before year's end.
