Terrorist groups ISIS and Al Nusra once again faced severe losses in terms of personnel and equipment, while fighting against the Syrian Army.
According to the field reports, coming from Deir Ez Zour Province, army units carried out operations, focused on the ISIS movements in a vicinity of Deir Ez Zour Airport, the graveyard areas, and the Syrian Army Regiment 137 axis, south-west of the city of Deir Ez Zour, resulting in the destruction of two armored vehicles and dozens of terrorists.
During the past 24 hours, air force units carried out intense strikes on headquarters and ISIS movements in the graveyard areas, Sariya Al Junaid, Al Jufrah, the surrounding areas of the Airport and the Deir Ez Zour Electricity Company.
Around the same time, army units carried out raids in the north-eastern countryside of As Suwayda province in south-western Syria, killing at least 10 ISIS terrorists and destroying several of their vehicles, some of which were armed with machine guns. The operations were carried out in Tal Ushayhib, in northern countryside of As Suwayda province.
In the North-eastern part of the province, army units, in cooperation with NDF, inflicted heavy losses upon ISIS terrorists.
Meanwhile Syrian Air Force destroyed dozens of tanks and armored vehicles, belonging to both, ISIS and Al Nusra Front in the north and eastern countryside of Hama province. The army also restored peace and stability to several towns and villages.
Actions against Al Nusra Front were also taken in the province of Al Quneitra where army units destroyed their headquarters, rocket-propeller grenade launcher, ammunition depot and 5 guns.
East of Damascus, Syrian Army artillery units carried out intense strikes on ISIS positions, located south-east of Damascus that were previously used by ISIS terrorists to carry out rocket attacks on residential areas in Damascus.
