Help! Survivors and Children in Donbass still need your support

    August 5th, 2016 - Fort Russ News -
    - Patrick Lancaster -

Note from the Fort Russ Team: This war in Ukraine and Donbass is not over. We understand that there is a very frustrating and scary presidential race in the US, a wave of terrorism has hit Europe this summer, and the war in Syria rages on. We know what it's like to suffer from information overload. But please take a minute to consider the following.

We are hearing consistent reports of an increase in violence on the part of the Ukrainian Army, for the better part of a month. It is clear that the US backed UAF is attempting to make the humanitarian crisis even worse, forcing the DPR and LPR militias to respond - at which point the US will cry foul. It is important that as much humanitarian work that can be done now, get done. The OSCE is looking the other way even if deeply embedded in their reports, by logical deduction, it is clear that the UAF is committing violation after violation, war crime after war crime. Please find it in your heart, and take the time, to give whatever you can. Pushilin has indicated that the DPR may be forced to respond in force by August 24th, so it is important that adequate stores are built up before this crisis turns worse.

If you are reading this, you are among a select cross-section of your society who has been following this conflict closely. And, you have probably shared the stories with your friends, families, and coworkers. You have probably already given, as well. This has helped tremendously, but we still need to make this ask. Any amount is good.
