A permanent representative of Russian Federation at the UN Alexander Lukashevich said that the advance of Ukrainian armed forces in conflict zone in Donbass can be regarded as offensive.

"Yes, likely, to some extent it can be called a local operation. But let's wait for the reaction of the special monitoring mission of OSCE," — said Lukashevich live on the TV channel "Russia 24" responding to a question about Ukrainian advance.

KK: Earlier DPR Ministry of Defense reported that as a result of heavy fighting UAF advanced 4 kilometers near Debaltsevo.
