Ukrainian law enforcement bodies must prosecute the former anesthesiologist Alexander Chernov, who has publicly confessed to the murders of soldiers of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. A strong statement to this effect was made today by the commissioner for human rights in DPR Dariya Morozova.
Morozova highlighted the fact that the former anesthesiologist confessed to the crimes, and the responsibility for which is stipulated by article 115 UK of Ukraine (premeditated murder).
"He confessed in an interview, I reminded the doctor that for murder, article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine or negligent performance of their professional duties, and article 140 of the same code provides for criminal liability," quotes DAN from the words of Morozova. "I urge the Ukrainian side to consider the expediency in the issue of Alexander Chernov's involvement in criminal liability by verifying the facts stated by him during public appearances."
Note that the doctor-anesthesiologist Alexander Chernov, who worked in the town of Yenakiyeve, said that when providing medical assistance to the DPR militia he did everything to put the health of patients at maximum risk. He said this in an interview to the online TV channel "Ukrlife.tv". According to Chernov, he used standard resuscitation drugs, so the death of the soldiers looked like a heart attack or stroke. He also said that a similar crime was committed not only by him, but even by some of his colleagues. According to the data that he announced, the non-human killed 60 people in this manner.
Well-known Donetsk political analyst Vladimir Kornilov believes that such a cynical and mass murder, and the murder by the doctor, is a question that Russia needs to raise at the UN Security Council.
