Protesters in Kiev announced the beginning of a revolution. Militants surrounded the perimeter of the Maidan. This according to "Russian Spring" through their correspondent in Kiev.

The protesters blocked Khreshchatyk [the main street of Kiev]. They are demanding the resignation of Poroshenko.

Explosions of fireworks -- firecrackers and rockets are heard in the streets. Several branches of Russian banks are being vandalized. Militants hurled stones at "Sberbank of Russia." After that the thugs moved to the "Alfa-Bank," where they managed to break into the building and ransack it.

As this is going on, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko was at prayer in a church in the neighborhood, according to "News-Ukraine".
