    Kasyanov and Kara-Murza Ask FSB to Initiate Criminal Case Against Kadyrov

    The Chairman of the party Parnas, Mikhail Kasyanov, and Deputy Chairman of the party, Vladimir Kara-Murza Jr, filed a complaint to the FSB with a request to initiate a criminal case against the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, reports TASS with reference to the lawyer Vadim Prokhorov.

    "The statement on initiation of legal proceedings was filed today in the FSB. We demand to bring a case against Kadyrov under three articles of the Criminal code: 277, 280 and 282, the anti-extremist articles of the code," said the lawyer.

    In addition, the statement will be transferred to the Investigative Committee.

    On 1st February, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, published a video on his Instagram captioned "Kasyanov arrives in Strasbourg for the money of the Russian opposition".

    The video, which is styled with an optical sight of a sniper rifle, the former Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov and opposition politician of "Open Russia" Vladimir Kara-Murza appear for a few seconds.



    "Whoever does not understand, will understand", Ramzan Kadyrov signed in capital letters in the video.

    Later the video disappeared from the instagram of the head of Chechnya. Kadyrov has accused the social network of violating freedom of speech and an attempt to protect the "Dogs of America".
