Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev took a test drive of the domestic crossover, so new it has not yet gone on sale. It's the Lada XRAY in the new color "Puma." They drove it right up to the premier's helicopter, who arrived in the Lada АвтоГАЗ plant.

Company president Bo Inge Anderssen invited the prime minister to take the wheel of the new car, and he readily agreed. Dmitry Medvedev moved between shops of the Lada complex at the wheel of the premiere crossover.
"It's one comfortable, modern machine," said Medvedev, summing it up after the test drive.
Then Dmitry Medvedev held a meeting on the development of the domestic automobile industry.
The assembly-line production of the new Russian car began in late December 2015 and in the current year they plan to produce about 500 of them.
