As of the 10th of January, 28 settlements in Ukraine remain without power. This was reported by the state service for emergency situations.

    "28 settlements remain de-energized in two regions: Poltava – 20, Odessa – 8", – said the message.

Yesterday 114 towns in 7 oblasts (Poltava – 52, Kirovograd – 38, Odessa – 9, Nicholas – 7, Cherkasy – 6, Dnipropetrovsk – 1, Donetsk – 1) were restored. The Ministry of Energy noted that many of these settlements were de-energized as a result of the sticking of wet snow and the icing of transmission lines acorss the 7 and 8 January.

As a reminder, yesterday the State emergency service commented on the functioning of more than 3,000 heating units.
