This decision was made in accordance with the decree of the President of Russia on measures for the safeguarding of national security of the Russian Federation and the protection of Russians from criminal and other unlawful acts, on application of special economic measures against the Republic of Turkey, the government decree on approving the list of certain types of work that prohibit, from 1st January, the running of organizations under the jurisdiction of Turkey, as well as organizations controlled by the Turkish citizens and (or) the organisations under the jurisdiction of Turkey. In particular, a number of legal entities from the group "Pegas Touristik", "Anex" and "Coral travel" were deleted from the registry.
Recently excluded from the register are 19 legal entities: LLC "Renaissance property Management", LLC "Attida travel", "Pegasus tours", "Pegasus Kazan" LLC "Ufa Pegasus", "Pegasus Ekaterinburg", LLC "Pegas Krasnodar", LLC "Samara Pegasus", "Pegasus - Kemerovo", LLC "Perm Pegasus", "Pegasus Retail", LTD. "Pegas Khabarovsk, OOO Pegas Surgut", LLC "Anex Regions", LLC "Anex Tour, Moscow", LLC "Bentor Moscow", LLC "Pegas Touristik", LLC "Sanmar Tour" and LLC "coral travel".
In accordance with the Russian legislation, these legal entities will not be able to lead the tourist business on the territory of Russia, since they are not in the registry. The head of the Federal tourism Agency Oleg Safonov told TASS that the decision was made strictly in accordance with the relevant presidential decree and government resolution. "In view of this situation, please be informed that all commitments entered into prior to 1 January 2016 will be performed by LLC "coral travel" and LLC "Sanmar Tour" in full", - stated the message. It is noted that these companies are engaged in the reconstruction of the register of tour operators.
