Yesterday Limp Bizkit performed in Yekaterinburg, continuing the tour of 19 Russian cities. Vocalist Fred Durst, who, despite unusual for him cold weather (which he is not used to in his native Florida) always sporting a baseball cap, gave a press conference.

And again talked about how he loves Russia and wants to live here (judging by the clothes, he is gradually getting accustomed to our weather) and still dreams of a Russian passport. Limp Bizkit tour managers, whom we found in Yekaterinburg, confirmed that the issue "is being worked out at different levels".

After all, the way Fred Durst treats the fans at concerts and spends his free time in the Russian cities, getting acquainted with their attractions, trying to understand our history and soul, only confirms the sincerity of his words that he loves Russia and is seriously preparing to move.

In the fall Fred Durst has already expressed that he would like to live in Crimea (and also shoot movies there, organize an international film festival and a music industry center). Moreover, his wife Xenia is from Crimea. She even taught Fred a couple dozen Russian words, which he sometimes tries to use.

And already during this tour, he confirmed that in October, while at home in Florida, he thought about doing concerts in Lugansk and Donetsk.

"But, alas, it was impossible due to logistics of the tour. It didn't work out to schedule routes in order to make it to these two cities. But during the next tour we will try to visit DPR and LPR", - said Fred Durst.

According to the iconic American rocker, he enjoyed Vladivostok the most. He went on a city tour, walked the streets and climbed the famous observation deck (across the Pacific was the US, where Fred was born). In Krasnoyarsk the musician was invited to tour a factory producing alcohol products. And Durst even helped make a famous variety of vodka, which he then tasted.

During the Russian tour Limp Bizkit slightly changes their program. 15-20 minutes before going on stage Fred informs managers of a new track list. And invariably descends to the audience to hang out with fans. And invites them on stage: to sing or to stand next to him. Usually during the hits "Nookie", "Break Stuff" (from the 1999 album "Significant Other)", and, of course, "Behind Blue Eyes". At a recent concert even a mom with a seven-year-old son came out on stage...

    Limp Bizkit Live in Moscow

90s Rock fans got a pleasant surprise on this tour: the guitarist and second vocalist of Limp Bizkit Wes Borland sings "Smells Like Teen Spirit" in some cities - one of the major songs of the cult band "Nirvana". And who knows what else Limp Bizkit will be performing next?! Ahead are shows in Yekaterinburg, Perm, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, St. Petersburg...

And after the tour and rest they will be back to Russia, for sure.
